6. Introduction to three types of metal hoses:

II. Installation Precautions

1. When selecting a metal hose, choose one with a loose flange on one end for easier installation.

2. During welding operations at the construction site, protect the surface of the metal hose to prevent welding spatter and arcing from damaging the metal hose.

3. Do not install the metal hose in a twisted manner.

4. Avoid bending at the root of the metal hose and ensure there are no sharp bends.

5. The medium conveyed must not be corrosive to the bellows material, and the chloride ion content in the medium should be ≤ 25 PPM.

6. Strictly follow the illustrated correct installation method for installation. (Refer to the installation guide)

7. Do not mechanically damage the flange sealing surface.

8. Do not use chlorine-containing cleaners or steel brushes to remove dirt from inside the metal hose.
